Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
We recommend booking in advance so your matter can be assigned to the right specialist before you arrive. You can reach us by phone, WhatsApp or email and we will arrange a time that suits you.
Where exactly is the office?
The Headquarters Business Park, Office 1206, Kurnaysh Branch Road, Ash Shati, Jeddah 23511. Visitor parking is available in the building.
What are your working hours?
Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 to 16:30. Closed Friday and Saturday and on public holidays.
How much do your services cost?
Fees depend on the scope and complexity of the matter. We set them out in writing after understanding your situation in an initial consultation, so there is no uncertainty about cost before you commit.
Will I be kept updated on my matter?
Yes. Each client has a named point of contact at the firm who provides regular updates until the matter is resolved.
What should I bring to a first consultation?
Any contract, correspondence or official document relating to your matter, and identification. For a labour claim, bring your employment contract, payslips, and your resignation or termination letter. For a medical negligence matter, bring the full medical file if you already hold it.
